Please Join Us as an Investor in Public Health!
To advance public health in Wyoming, we are committed to growing our association’s impact and ensuring our long-term viability by investing in additional resources to four our public education, professional development, and advocacy services.
We seek to invest:

$100,000 over the next 3-5 years to support the salary of a part-time executive director so that the organization can advocate more strongly for public health and become more competitive for grant monies that could be put towards a variety of community-based public health programs.

Over $20,000 per year for professional development at our annual education conference. Increased funding for the AEC means more relevant, cutting-edge educational programs and speakers for our members and stakeholders.

Approximately $5,000 per year to bolster our advocacy activities by developing a legislative handbook for our state’s policymakers.
Currently, membership dues make up a large portion of our budget, demonstrating the value of our organization to the people we serve and their commitment to meeting the state’s public health needs. Additional funding comes from grants, conferences, and individual support.
